Big-Screen Entertainment
The Hisense PX2-PRO delivers top quality, big-scale images without the hassle. Featuring technologies such as TriChroma Laser Cinema combined with Dolby VisionDolby Vision Dolby Vision is an advanced HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology developed by Dolby Laboratories. It enhances the viewing experience by providing scene-by-scene or frame-by-frame dynamic metadata to optimize the HDR output. This technology enables compatible displays to deliver brighter highlights, more contrast, and a wider range of colors, resulting in stunning and true-to-life visuals. TriChroma Laser Cinema for incredible colour
Using Hisense’s premium TriChroma system (red, green and blue lasers), the PX2-PRO achieves exceptional colour definition. Technically speaking, the projector reaches 107% of the BT2020 colour standard. What this means for you is colour that outperforms flatscreen TVs and a truly cinematic sense of colour purity. Brightness has been further improved to 2400 lumens, meaning there’s less of a need for a pitch-dark room to fully enjoy the picture.
Pioneering HDR10+ and Dolby Vision technologies
Still far from universal on TVs and very rare on projectors, the Hisense PX2-PRO features both HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. Both of these technologies take HDR to the next level by analysing the picture on a metadata basis, giving you picture optimisation in real time. What this means is optimal picture detail, even within the darkest sections of the image. Spin a Dolby Vision or HDR10+ movie or game and be prepared to be blown away by just how much depth and detail the picture has.
See the director’s view, with Filmmaker Mode
Movies look more immersive than ever on a big screen, so what better way to see them than with Filmmaker Mode. Designed in collaboration with filmmakers and Hollywood studios, Filmmaker Mode lets you experience the cinematic vision, exactly as the director intended. Overriding the projector’s own motion and picture processing, Filmmaker Mode presents the correct aspect ratio, colour and frame rate – just as the filmmakers intended.
Choose a screen size that suits you, 90” – 130”
Unlike any TV, the Hisense PX2-PRO adjusts the screen size to suit your room and preferences. Choose between 90 to 130 inch screen projection, for the best fit in your room. Ideally matched with an optional ALR screen, the great advantage with a projector is that, should you move home and have more/less space, you just need to change the screen rather than the whole TV.
Dolby AtmosDolby Atmos Dolby Atmos is an innovative audio technology that provides a more immersive and realistic sound experience for listeners. By incorporating height channels and object-based audio, Dolby Atmos creates a three-dimensional audio space, allowing sound to move around and above the listener, enhancing the overall audio experience. This technology is widely used in cinemas, home theaters, and sound systems, offering an unparalleled level of audio immersion and realism. compatible speaker system
With its built-in, Dolby Atmos compatible speaker system, the PX2-PRO easily matches most TVs for sound quality. Upgrading the sound is just as easy as with a TV, too. Simply use the HDMI eARCeArc eARC, or enhanced Audio Return Channel, is an HDMI feature that enables high-quality audio signals to be transmitted from a television to an audio system or soundbar using a single HDMI cable. This advanced feature allows for the transmission of uncompressed and higher bandwidth audio signals, supporting formats such as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X for immersive audio experiences. The main difference between ARC (Audio Return Channel) and eARC lies in their capabilities. ARC, which was introduced with HDMI 1.4, allowed for audio to be sent from a television to an audio system over an HDMI cable. However, ARC had limitations in terms of bandwidth and supported audio formats. On the other hand, eARC, introduced with HDMI 2.1, represents a significant advancement over ARC. eARC offers higher bandwidth and supports advanced audio formats, enabling the transmission of high-resolution, uncompressed audio, including object-based audio such as Dolby Atmos, directly from the TV to external audio devices. This results in improved audio fidelity and a more immersive audio experience compared to the limitations of ARC. In summary, the key differences between ARC and eARC are the bandwidth capabilities and support for advanced audio formats. eARC provides a superior audio transmission solution, especially for high-fidelity audio and immersive audio formats, compared to the original ARC standard. or optical digital outputs to connect to your choice of soundbar or AV system.
